Shipping and Delivery

Please note that below information refers to orders delivered to Ireland.

How do we ship?

We use DHL for our delivery services. To ensure successful delivery, it is essential that you provide the name of the consignee when you type in the shipping address even in cases when the order is placed in behalf of a company.

Every single product we make is hand checked for quality before being shipped. Always.


Delivery time

Normally, your order will arrive within 5-7 working days depending on the destination. Working days include Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

A few of our products are not on stock and demand more time to be delivered. When you add products to your shopping basket, you will see the estimated delivery time.


Delivery costs

We charge 6 EUR including VAT per order. We have a flat delivery fee meaning that the fee is the same no matter how many products you order.


Track your order

When we ship your product(s), we will send you an e-mail. The e-mail contains a tracking number enabling you to follow your shipment all the way to your door on the carrier's website.


If you are not at home when the products arrive?

If you are not at home when the carrier calls, they will usually leave a note and try to deliver a second time. If they are still unable to deliver the second time, they will leave another note with an address to the nearest DHL depot from where you can collect your order. You will have one week to do so, after which the order is returned to us and a full refund initiated to your credit card.

 

International Delivery

Countries available for international delivery  

Outside Ireland, we deliver to the following countries: Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Denmark (DK), United Kingdom (UK), Italy (IT), the Czech Republic (CZ), France (FR), Germany (DE), Hungary (HU), the Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL) and Slovakia (SK), Spain (ES).

Please note, that the below regions are excluded from deliveries, as we do not deliver to these areas: 

- Please note that in the UK we deliver to mainland only. Delivery to Channel Islands is not possible.  
- Please note that in France delivery to post codes starting with 971, 972, 973, 974, 975, 976, 977, 978, 984, 986, 987, 988 and 989 is not possible.  
- Please note that in The Netherlands deliveries to the Wadden Islands and the Antilles is not possible. 
- Please note that in Germany delivery to the Halligen is not possible. 
 
In case you would like your ordered products to be delivered to any of the above listed countries, you need to specify it in the checkout flow accordingly. The delivery lead time is adjusted to your delivery address and there will be an international delivery surcharge in addition to the domestic delivery fee. 
 
Please note that we only deliver products outside United Kingdom, which are part of our product programme in the destination country, which means that as a result certain products might not be available for some countries. 
 
Independently from the country of delivery, you can specify invoice address in any of the EU Member States. Regardless of the selected invoice address, our company’s delivery specific obligations apply for the above listed countries only. 
 
In terms of the applicable VAT rate, we are obliged to charge you the local VAT in the country where the goods are shipped to. Identical payment methods are available for international deliveries as for domestic ones, but we do not offer „cash on delivery” for international deliveries.
